Yes, but I it just depends on your beliefs I suppose. I believe that everyone is born into the world as innocent babe. I think there are many factors that build a person into becoming who they are: there personal traits intertwined with environmental factors, relations they have, politics of the time, etc. That is my own belief though. I don’t think it’s any reason to justify any poor action: I also believe we are responsible for our actions no matter how we feel. I do, however, believe that it explains the evil that some do.
